Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays, however emails are usually answered periodically throughout the weekend. GENERAL SHOPPING How do I search your store? We've made it easy to find what you're looking for! Use the search bar in the top navigation to enter a product name, item number or keywords, but if you are still not finding what you're looking for? Just drop us an email at customerservice@dazzledogdelight.com. Are all items currently in stock? Most of our items are in stock with the exception of custom made and personalized items. Please note that although some items may be in stock, it may take a couple of weeks for delivery, but all items note their availability on its respective product page. On the rare circumstance, our inventory may have errors. If there is an error, Dazzle Dog Delight will notify you as quickly as possible with the email address you have provided with your order. Do you have additional items or sizes available? All available inventory is currently listed on our website. If you are interested in sizes or quantities not currently available, please email us at customerservice@dazzledogdelight.com. We are always happy to process a special order. It is not always up to us if something is currently available from the manufacturer, but we are more than willing to find out for you. What are the chances an item will be canceled or backordered after I place my order? If Dazzle Dog Delight does not have an item available for shipment as scheduled, we will contact you immediately with the email address you provided with your order and notify you of the status. Please note delivery dates for special orders, custom orders, and personalized items are dependent upon our suppliers and are subject to change. ORDERING INFORMATION What are my payment options? Dazzle Dog Delight currently accepts American Express,Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the web address (URL) window of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." Can I phone in my order or place my order offline? Yes, we gladly accept phone orders. We will email a confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send another email with tracking information. Love your dog and you will receive love 10 times over.
